Chinese New Year 2014

Decided to write about CNY in an overall view throughout the 15 days..

CNY eve, reunion dinner at home with my parents and sister..

Day 1, went to grandma's house at Tg Bunga and uncle's house that are located opposite my grandma's house..

Day 2, went to daddy side grandma's house at Bukit Mertajam then back to Island and go to his grandpa's house and his relatives gathering..

Day 3, went to Chinese New Year cultural event at town organised by Ge Xing Shi (multi surname association) with bf as he performed lion and dragon dance there..

Day 4 visit his relatives

Day 5 went to HLA recognition dinner at Gurney hotel..

Day 6 to 11 visit his relatives and classes

Day 12 his grandpa's birthday dinner at Jade Palace seafood restaurant in Abu Siti Lane Penang..

Day 14 lunch at Gala House with Janice and visited the exhibition by Ernest at Hin Company Bus Depot..

Day 15 aka Chap Goh Meh also valentine's day...
valentine's lunch with bf at The Cruises Steak House at bitshop street Penang..
*exchange presents*
Head to Straits Quay after that for lion dance performance on table and high pole by bf and the team..

Today, lou sang with my parents at home ^^

A night out to Raja Uda

Went to Raja Uda with my parents just now..
To eat the food one must not miss when go to Raja Uda which is the Tomyam Noodle!

Delicious taste of tomyam with crispy fried fish fillet.. Yummy!

After dinner we went to the Famous 9 Emperors God temple along the road of Raja Uda..

It was my first time there.. and was amazed by the decorations...

And today they have CNY event there as well.. With lots of performances from LED dragon dance, singing , dancing and acrobatic performance..

There is also a mini night market behind the temple as well..

It is temple that must be visited during the Chinese vegetarian seasons..

Hello~

It's been so long since I last posted a post here..

Just finished my finals few days ago..
Was rushing for assignments in the past few months and exam this month..

Glad to receive few bridal photoshoot job for the bridal studio samples and had some printed as banner and so on..

Well it's like a dream come true for me as I was waiting for this job ever since I joined modeling career.. yippie!

Been learning french as a compulsory subject in my college..

It's kinda tough to learn another language..
We started off with Bonjour here and there till we know how to introduce ourselves, write a postcard, write about our dream, giving directions, numbers and so on..

Next sem gonna have another french class.. so dead! And it's gonna be my last sem in kdu if everything goes smoothly *finger cross*

2012 is like a roller coaster ride to life..
Good and bad things happened..
All we need to do is keep the happy ones as a good memories and learn and grow from the bad things..

No one is perfect afterall~

We all learnt from mistakes and never stop improving ourselves to be a better individual each day..

Next,

Chinese New Year is just around the corner!

Minions!!!

Hey guys,

sorry for the delay for uploading about Minions!!

It's a heat all over the world about this

yellow character, a potato called Minion!!

and they love BANANA~

The above is a picture of the video aka the Banana song sang by Minion

they got so famous and there are still many other songs

such as Underwear~ 

this song 'Underwear' is featured in a scene in Despicable Me 2

it is a parody of the original song 'I Swear'

 After that Facebook also came up with Minions emoticons for fb chat

the mutated minion aka the purple minion with the electric shock hair style

the purple minion is unbeatable 

 In the overseas they even have mascot of minions walking around the street

greeting people around them

 They even designed a Minion Nike's sneakers

McDonalds came up with a great marketing strategy

which is include these minions toys in their happy meal sets

 People especially teenagers queuing up to buy happy meals because of the minion toy..

the picture above shows how long the queue is in Malaysia..

 Creative Penangnite painted the divider into minions..

and this had became a tourist attraction as one of the Penang street art..

 There are Minions printed clothes selling everywhere now..

They even have Minion  plush toys selling everywhere..

Wish to have one though.. 

haha..

Movies

Went to watch Pacific Rim at Gurney GSC just now..
Well this movie quite nice but in terms of excitement, White House Down is better..

I would rate White House Down as the movie of the year..
It's a must watch movie..

Will post about current everyone's favourite animation, Despicable Me 2 in my coming post..
